Requirements:

• Proven experience in Trust & Safety, fraud prevention, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical acumen with understanding of detection and prevention systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Experience navigating complex legal and regulatory landscapes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for on-call rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, managing, and mentoring a diverse team of Trust & Safety engineers.
• Defining and driving the Trust & Safety roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
• Overseeing design and implementation of scalable processes to combat fraudulent behaviors.
• Monitoring and analyzing key metrics for Trust & Safety initiatives' effectiveness.
• Collaborating with various teams to integrate Trust & Safety considerations in development.
