Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, managing, and mentoring a diverse team of Trust & Safety engineers.
- Defining and driving the Trust & Safety roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
- Overseeing design and implementation of scalable processes to combat fraudulent behaviors.
- Monitoring and analyzing key metrics for Trust & Safety initiatives' effectiveness.
- Collaborating with various teams to integrate Trust & Safety considerations in development.
