Senior Delivery Manager

Requirements:

• Experience working in agile multidisciplinary teams delivering high transactional digital products.
• Deep understanding of user-centered product teams and various delivery methods and tools.
• Knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, CI/CD, microservices, DevOps, TDD, and automated testing.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, including coaching and fostering self-organisation within teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of products and technology projects across 1 to 2 squads, ensuring clear objectives and accountability.
• Manage planning processes within squads, maintain roadmaps, and coordinate efforts to drive delivery of value.
• Act as a point of escalation for resolving issues and ensure quality assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate project progress and risks to stakeholders using visual tools and ensure collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Foster a positive and empowered working environment for squads while promoting continuous improvement of processes.
