Requirements:

• Four or more years of Software Product Management experience.
• Experience in K12 school safety or Public Safety preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with SaaS and cloud-based products.
• Proficiency in Agile SDLC, including JIRA, Atlassian, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience in lean, dual-track agile methods.
• Excellent leadership and project management abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Management team and stakeholders to understand customer needs.
• Develop product strategy to increase customer adoption.
• Partner with Product Marketing to identify market trends.
• Engage with clients to validate product ideas and direction.
• Interface with client services for improved customer experience.
• Use Agile practices for defining customer requirements.
• Manage product lifecycle from conception to release.
• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap.
