Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in people analytics or a related field building and delivering impactful People Data, Reporting and Dashboard solutions in Workday; Workday Reporting Pro or certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Workday Prism highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage work with the utmost level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Solid data visualization and storytelling skills to effectively communicate insights and influence decisions.
  • Business sense, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, logical, and capable of flexing solutions to changing demands.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactively anticipate problems and opportunities and confidence to use initiative to pursue solutions.
  • Ability to think about end-to-end processes, especially the user experience, to deliver on business as well as technical outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a ticketing environment, such as Jira.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a long-term roadmap for people analytics, focusing on high-impact data products and insights.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners and cross-functional teams to prioritize analytics needs and foster a culture of strategic data utilization.
  • Gather and compile relevant HR data and metrics from a variety of sources including (but not limited to) Workday and Greenhouse to drive insights into HR and business performance
  • Analyze and mine data for trends and patterns with a focus on diversity, turnover, retention, talent acquisition, reward, and other areas of the business as required
  • Develop and maintain people analytics templates and dashboards (via Workday) for PBPs and leaders to keep a pulse on talent trends
  • Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc report requests across multiple business areas
  • Contribute to broader efforts to streamline HR reporting architecture and report logic with the aim of improving self-service and report usability.
  • Translate data analyses and insights into visualizations to facilitate insights on high-priority topics
  • Contribute to one-time analyses, special projects, initiatives for the People Ops & Technology function.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve data and data source issues.
  • Ensure high standards of data privacy, accuracy, and quality are maintained.
