Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• License to practice as a psychologist or counselor in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience in providing therapy to individuals with a range of mental health concerns.
• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote therapy practice.
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines in psychology.
• Amenable to work in a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions via video conferencing to clients dealing with various mental health issues.
• Conduct psychological assessments to help diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain open and effective communication with clients, ensuring a supportive and confidential environment.
• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate clients on mental health issues and treatment options to empower them in their journey toward recovery.
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in the field of psychology to provide clients with the highest standard of care.
