• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange and manage travel logistics for AU Pro Sports staff and athletes.
• Communicate with the travel agent to secure flight needs for seasons.
• Oversee athlete onboarding processes during arrivals and departures.
• Manage the Teamworks platform for players and staff.
• Support the Staff Care Coordinator with in-market events.
• Assist with recruiting and training Seasonal Operations Staff.
• Help with project management and special events as necessary.
• Facilitate load-in and load-out during seasons.
