Requirements:

• 5+ years experience working with technology companies, managing customer/partner relationships or building programs for B2B customers.
• 5+ years experience in program management with increasing levels of responsibility.
• 3+ years experience leading cross-functional teams in launching new products or programs.
• Ability to identify, design, and deliver complex initiatives that yield business outcomes.
• Clear thinking and ability to translate concepts to written or presentation format for internal or external audiences.
• Experience briefing and facilitating decisions with senior enterprise leadership.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to implement processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data integration and partner feedback in decision-making.
• Experience with Jira a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead conception, implementation, and optimization of strategic pilot programs with the objective of creating new revenue generating opportunities.
• Document and template each pilot program for repeatability and scalability across a larger partner base.
• Contribute strategically in conversations with Appfire executives and Partner executives related to new business opportunities and subsequent plans.
• Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap of strategic initiatives and assess opportunities and challenges for business value.
• Identify and manage strategic initiatives, ensuring proper prioritization and risk mitigation.
• Excel at working with internal stakeholders and influencing cross-functional external stakeholders to deliver results.
