Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Logistics.
• 3+ years experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably in a start-up/growth environment.
• Familiarity with Shopify and Shipstation.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, transportation & logistics fundamentals.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office, and Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and IF statements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.
• Passion for wellness community and herbal medicine.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordination of all raw materials and finished goods between suppliers, co-manufacturers, retailers and fulfillment center.
• Strategically plan production requirements with co-manufacturers to optimize inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Fulfillment Team.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and requirements with Quality Specialist and Regulatory Manager.
• Work with Finance and Accounting on PO and invoice accuracy.
• Schedule pick-ups & deliveries with freight partners and prepare necessary documentation.
• Issue loading instructions and troubleshoot shipment issues.
• Negotiate with carriers to maintain competitive shipping pricing.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations as primary contact with partners.
• Maintain records of shipping documents and reconcile inbound shipments with fulfillment team.
• Participate in process improvements related to shipments.
