Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, education, or relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT training and development or a similar role.
• Experience in training complex ERP systems, such as SAP or Workday, preferred.
• Excellent instructional design and content development skills.
• Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training software.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client training needs.
• Consult with internal team and client representatives to determine specific training needs.
• Design and develop training programs and materials including e-learning modules.
• Facilitate effective training sessions in person and virtually.
• Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs.
