Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales organization, preferably in Sales Ops, Business Development, or as an SDR.
  • Prior experience working directly with leadership, preferable with CROs/Heads of Sales.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, metrics, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Deep understanding of data analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Admin experience preferred.
  • Experience leading large transformation projects.
  • Strong project management skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales platform and continue improving efficiency.
  • Run biweekly pipeline reporting and forecasting.
  • Coordinate the Deal Desk process.
  • Deliver sales technology solutions to meet growth goals.
  • Analyze metrics through the sales funnel for continuous improvement.
  • Define systems and strategy for revenue teams.
  • Support reporting for various internal and external audiences.
  • Integrate third-party applications within Salesforce.
  • Deliver projects on time with attention to sales metrics.
  • Interface daily with internal stakeholders.
