Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of work experience.
• Strong critical thinking and evidence-based reasoning skills.
• Proven professional experience developing analytical dashboards using BI tools, preferably Tableau.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience using Python.
• Experience building analytical models using a high-level programming language.
• Knowledgeable about the applicability and limitations of metrics in descriptive and inferential statistics.
• Capable of working independently and effectively with technical and non-technical project managers.
• Able to navigate multiple interrelated projects.
• Adept at communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, run, and own robust analytical models and dashboards for internal and external clients.
• Translate quantitative data into reports and presentations for non-technical audiences.
• Own the quality and accuracy of data analyses, working with data engineers to develop quality assurance systems.
• Build ETL pipelines in collaboration with other data scientists and project managers.
• Work with regular expressions and/or machine learning models for fuzzy string matching.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other members of the data analysis/engineering team.
• Communicate and collect information from other staff, subcontractors, and clients.
