Requirements:

• 7+ years experience in a leadership role in software/hardware/systems technology.
• 5+ years development experience in resilient platforms and/or SaaS solutions utilizing container and orchestration technologies.
• Experience designing and operating internet-scale, hybrid platforms.
• Strong knowledge of modern software engineering and systems engineering methodologies.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with executives and engineers.
• Passion for and experience in the internet security domain.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers and provide both personal and professional mentorship.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent to enhance team skills.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand and align on requirements.
• Define processes for managing dev/test environments.
• Prepare and execute zero-downtime migrations.
• Accountable for deployment cost measurement and controls.
• Guide on application performance, security, and reliability best practices.
• Assist in designing scalable data processing and management solutions.
• Assist in designing a platform for hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure management.
• Engage in on-call participation with 24/7 operations teams.
