Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience managing strategic ISV, service partners, and resellers for SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue goals through channels & alliances.
  • Experience developing and growing partnerships from infancy to $1M+ revenue.
  • Experience in executing partner enablement programs.
  • Prior experience working with GSIs, strategy consulting & advisory firms.
  • Experience developing resellers in geographic and vertical markets.
  • Exposure to the 'employee productivity' SaaS category.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain exceptional partner relationships.
  • Develop and manage a joint business plan with each partner.
  • Create and deliver partner enablement programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Support Simpplr AEs and AMs in joint field-level engagements.
  • Monitor and report key metrics to executive team.
