Requirements:
- 8+ years of sales experience.
- Field sales experience selling software to Fortune 1000 companies.
- Continuous, substantial, and proven success in enterprise sales.
- High energy and developed business sense.
- Ambition and strong teaming skills.
- Experience in consultative, enterprise solutions selling.
- Deep and creative sales hunter skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drive account acquisition by owning a territory and cultivating relationships within target accounts.
- Navigate through complex organizations to establish new accounts and initial wallet share.
- Identify customer needs and configure appropriate offerings from our portfolio.
- Expand top of funnel through personalized prospecting and alignment at multiple decision-maker levels.
- Close large-scale, multi-year consumption-based deals using New Relic’s sales process.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, build a pipeline, and document activities in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with customers throughout the sales process to ensure positive outcomes.
- Partner with Solutions Consultant and Sales Development Representative.
