Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the global consumer marketing strategy and positioning for the Esports portfolio of products, including content strategy.
  • Expand adoption of EFG’s Esports product offerings by driving new user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead integrated cross-functional plans in collaboration with various marketing peers.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budget to support business priorities and commercial revenue targets.
  • Co-Lead the development of annual marketing strategy and go-to-market plans.
  • Create marketing initiatives to drive ticket sales and increase EFG’s Hours Watched across platforms.
  • Manage budget to fuel direct-to-consumer growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Lead Marketing input as the voice of the customer on strategic projects.
  • Oversee go-to-market campaigns with end-to-end accountability.
