Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions within our CRM system accurately.
  • Guide customers on product features and usage to enhance their experience.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries as necessary.
