Requirements:

• Available to offer at least 5 sessions per week, with flexibility for additional hours.
• Clinical competence in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Mindfulness.
• Knowledge and ability to provide culturally responsive care.
• Ability and willingness to deliver concurrent documentation.
• Comfortable using technology for care delivery (video conferencing, EMR, etc.).
• Must have an independent clinical license to practice in good standing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality, innovative, tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform.
• Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session.
• Maintain a personalized database for licensure and personal info.
• Keep availability calendar up to date.
• Communicate regularly with clinical leadership and respond to emails within 24 hours.
• Work collaboratively with a care team including health coaches, therapists, and psychiatrists.
