Requirements:

• Available to offer at least 5 sessions per week, with the ability to flex up when needed.
• Clinical competence in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Mindfulness.
• Knowledge and commitment to providing culturally responsive care.
• Ability and willingness to deliver concurrent documentation.
• Experience with various technology tools and video conferencing.
• 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy.
• An independent clinical license to practice in good standing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality, innovative, tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform.
• Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of the session.
• Maintain a personalized database for licensure records and keep the availability calendar updated.
• Stay in regular communication with clinical leadership and respond to work emails within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including health coaches and psychiatrists.
