Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 2+ years of professional experience using NetSuite across multiple clients.
• At least 5+ years of experience in accounting.
• At least 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Experience with big four companies (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).
• Prior client service experience in an accounting and/or consulting firm.
• Familiarity with inventory accounting processes and best practices.
• Expertise with Quickbooks Online and related SaaS integration is a plus.
• Quickbooks ProAdvisor Certification and CPA Certification are desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes for all client accounts and provide periodic financial statements.
• Oversee and ensure the accurate and timely provision of client accounting operations, including AP, AR, Cash Management, Payroll, Tax, Inventory Control, and general accounting.
• Maintain and execute necessary periodic journal entries for various adjustments.
• Support the development of standard operating procedures and policies for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure effective remote service.
• Liaise with clients to address accounting questions and handle ad-hoc requests.
• Support client onboarding and the implementation of various SaaS systems.
