Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Indirect Customer Sales.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven success in market-level sales strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Outlook, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in developing or facilitating training content preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to travel daily, including overnight and airline travel.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Train retail sales associates and store leaders on Purple products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
• Communicate corporate initiatives and field insights.
• Execute sales incentive programs for top-performing associates.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and merchandising.
