Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Experience in international payroll and benefits in the USA and Canada is a plus.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge and expertise in interacting with several areas in HR.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex payroll matters clearly.
  • Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Advanced level of English (C1).
Responsibilities:
  • Support to process payroll accurately and on time for all employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including salaries, benefits, tax withholdings, and deductions.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data flow and alignment on employee compensation and benefits.
  • Handle payroll inquiries from employees and provide clear, timely responses through Jira tickets or other company-approved channels.
  • Assist in audits related to payroll.
  • Follow any new updated guidance on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Responsible for new hire onboarding related to benefits orientation and setting up new hires in the HRIS.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all tier one employee benefit questions.
  • Responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local benefits and HR laws.
