Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English for explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia.
• Familiarity with API standards like REST or OpenAPI and understanding of payment systems (crypto and fiat).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality external documentation for APIs including user guides, integration guides, FAQs, and tutorials.
• Test APIs using tools like Postman or Insomnia to ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and understand new features.
• Participate in product launches involving API changes.
• Create visuals and examples to simplify complex concepts.
• Conduct user research to improve documentation quality.
• Stay updated on industry best practices in API documentation.
