Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing activities and initiatives including campaign development, asset creation, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products or services to existing customers and own the development and execution.
  • Track and analyse key metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer growth initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimise performance.
  • Strive to build the best customer experience possible.
  • Guide, influence, and support business leaders with regular updates.
