Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in automation testing, including experience with Selenium, Appium, or similar tools.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Javascript, or other languages commonly used in automated testing.
• Deep understanding of different types of testing - Unit, Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Experience in working with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Proven experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing, including mobile devices.
• Experience in test data management and result analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban and their application in QA processes.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, code management, and release management.
• Excellent and clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development and architecture teams to ensure quality in all phases of software development and deployment.
• Create, maintain, and execute automated testing frameworks across multiple platforms and environments.
• Transform manual test cases into robust automated tests, building a sustainable and scalable testing architecture.
• Examine and optimize software performance by leveraging automation to identify issues, provide insights, and ensure quality.
• Train and mentor other QA Engineers on automation principles and best practices.
• Advocate for test automation within the team and the wider organization, influencing software development practices.
