• 5+ years of experience in partner program management, partner enablement, or channel partner roles.
• Proven expertise in designing and executing partner programs.
• Strong understanding of channel partner ecosystems and technology partners.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Analytical skills to evaluate program performance.
• Strong relationship-building skills focused on partner advocacy.
• Proficiency in CRM and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the current partner program's performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and propose strategic improvements to enhance the partner program.
• Create and implement strategies to address identified gaps.
• Develop a detailed implementation plan.
• Provide training and resources to partners.
• Design competitive partner incentive programs.
• Monitor program performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments and engage with external partners.
