• University Degree or College Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for B2B events and genuine interest in the GIS industry.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and produce marketing events from concept to completion, ensuring business goals are met.
• Manage the use of event technology solutions, coordinate logistics, and provide guidance to attending staff.
• Promote events through various channels, writing marketing assets for customer engagement.
• Collect and track measurable results, manage budget and data for future planning.
• Contribute to a national events plan and communicate event strategies to audiences.
• Maintain event-related web pages and organize team meetings.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
