Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Workday, with at least 5 years focused on Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll or Absence and Time Tracking.
- Workday Pro certification in 3+ modules including Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices with experience in a hyper-growth company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to coach and mentor, and maintain HR data security.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Workday configuration for multiple modules, review and recommend new features, and provide day-to-day support.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand needs, conduct gap analysis, and recommend solutions.
- Serve as a Workday expert, troubleshoot complex issues, and offer strategic solutions to enhance business processes.
