Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, facilities management, or a related field; master's preferred.
• More than 10 years of experience in facilities management, leasing, or real estate operations, with significant global leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of global real estate markets, leasing practices, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage complex portfolios across multiple sites.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• Extensive understanding of PCO and PRC frameworks and implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Professional certifications (e.g., IFMA, MCR).
• Experience implementing best practices for energy-efficient and sustainable buildings.
• Familiarity with technology platforms (e.g., IWMS, CAFM).
• Certification or training in PCO and PRC (e.g., CBCP, ISO 22301).
