Responsibilities:

• Support and train local CS teams on building client engagement and wellbeing communication plans.
• Develop strategies to increase market reach through HR communication channels based on client profiles.
• Understand and map HR wellness strategies to build bespoke and scalable wellbeing programs for clients.
• Create scalable solutions for client wellbeing engagement.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to identify country-specific demands and opportunities.
