Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of process improvement or reengineering experience.
• Six Sigma Black or Master Black Belt certification required.
• Experience in data gathering, research, and analytics.
• Experience with financial and risk analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of project planning techniques.
• Familiarity with business process analytics using tools like Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of business needs.
• Proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes.
• Develop sustainable and quantifiable business process improvements to meet growth and quality goals.
• Engage with departments to understand business requirements and collaborate on solutions.
• Research best practices to establish benchmark data.
• Assess current processes, identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Research, analyze, and report business results to identify trends.
• Prepare detailed reports for presentation to leadership.
• Develop future business needs plans to assist management.
• Participate in technical discussions to identify appropriate solutions.
• Create implementation and post-implementation support plans.
