Requirements:

• Professional exposure with one or more IaC/CaC technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, Chef.
• Professional exposure with one or more cloud providers like AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple customer engagements.
• Strong organizational skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication skills to achieve consensus.
• Ability to advise on GitLab recommendations and build direction with the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Uses a consultative approach to customer engagements.
• Does not focus on just 'doing the work'.
• Looks for opportunities to help the customer achieve their vision more effectively and efficiently.
• Delivers on SOW with guidance from technical architects.
• Handles installations and configurations, provides training, documentation, and manages deliverables.
• Contributes to the extension and maintenance of documentation/scripts.
• Supports engagement managers in quoting and scoping SOWs.
• Documents and implements process improvements.
