Requirements:

• 3+ years relevant event management experience.
• B2B marketing/events experience preferred.
• Strong Project Management skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Experience with tools like Swapcard, Salesforce and Asana preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and execution of global and local external events (trade shows, conferences, exhibitions) ensuring seamless logistics.
• Act as the main point of contact for all event-related activities, ensuring clear communication and alignment between stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with business objectives.
• Work closely with the Content and Strategy team to determine topics for speaker slots.
• Manage global events reporting and analyze event performance for future strategies.
