Requirements:

• 5+ years in roles involving data manipulation, exploratory data analysis, and delivering insights through data visualizations.
• Advanced fluency in SQL for constructing complex queries and high proficiency in industry BI tools, with experience or interest in Sigma.
• Intermediate scripting skills in Python or R for analysis.
• Experience in using statistics to evaluate the performance of new features and product updates.
• Expertise in defining, monitoring, and refining key product metrics.
• Proficient in building data pipelines in the semantic layer using DBT or similar tools.
• Experience in tracking and analyzing operational KPIs and recommending process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed data analysis to drive decision-making processes and provide actionable insights.
• Own data analytics in high-impact areas within teams, establish measurable success goals, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Drive analytical projects and requests autonomously, ensuring that deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively work with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate insights clearly.
• Collaborate with and mentor other analysts, data engineers, and data scientists.
• Explore opportunities for cross-team collaboration and propose strategic initiatives.
