Director and Senior Counsel Compliance

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor Degree.
• Currently a licensed attorney in good standing with at least one state bar.
• Minimum 7 years of experience focused on regulatory compliance.
• Experience with programmatic compliance approaches: creating and implementing policies, procedures, and training.
• Knowledge of Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Anti-Money Laundering, and Conflicts of Interest.
• Experience with OFAC/Sanctions screening and remediation.

Responsibilities:

• Promote a culture of compliance and ensure efficient risk management practices.
• Manage global Compliance matters including OFAC/Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, and more.
• Create and regularly update policies and guidelines to meet compliance requirements.
• Oversee the Sanctions Program and manage alerts and requests.
• Monitor global regulations and support investigations via the ethics helpline.
• Manage regulatory compliance training across various Compliance topics.
• Collaborate with business leaders to implement compliance procedures.
• Develop effective compliance monitoring in partnership with Internal Audit.
