• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ClearCompany is a plus).
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and a strategic thinker.
• Prior experience in the veterinary field is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through passive outreach, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Evaluate candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Serve as a first point of contact for candidates, upholding AVP’s culture and values.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to align sourcing efforts with practice needs.
• Represent AVP at veterinary conferences and career fairs.
