Requirements:

• At least 4 years as a people leader within a security domain.
• At least 9 years of progressive hands-on experience in security, preferably across cloud security and security engineering.
• Understanding of product security and modern product development lifecycles.
• Proven track record of growing and evolving high-performing security teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, and growth mindset.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and ability to manage team capacity.
• Passion for coaching and mentoring others.
• Commitment to building a diverse and supportive culture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a globally distributed engineering team by creating a positive culture and handling career growth and performance conversations.
• Align team execution to strategy and vision.
• Define strategy and drive improvement for programs such as fuzzing, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
• Provide feedback on the feasibility and design of new security engineering proposals.
• Serve as a resource for other engineering teams regarding the security of their systems.
• Hire, mentor, and grow strong security engineers across multiple domains.
