Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in discovery, depositions, mediation, and trials.
• 1st chair trial experience is mandatory (No less than 7 trials to verdict).
• Must be licensed to practice in Texas.
• Expertise in all phases of personal injury cases.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience interacting directly with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of personal injury cases, including car accidents, trucking accidents, and slip and fall incidents.
• File lawsuits and draft responsive written discovery.
• Take depositions and participate in mediation.
• Handle all aspects of the litigation process.
