Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience specializing in Texas Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law.
• Substantial exposure to complex litigation.
• Ability to independently draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Proficient in crafting jury charges.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Leadership capabilities to train and supervise paralegals.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop foreign paralegal staff.
• Independently handle discovery requests and develop tailored strategies.
• Prepare jury charges and align them with legal documents.
• Draft petitions, pleadings, and complaints for state and federal courts.
• Review discovery records and analyze evidence.
• Monitor court deadlines and submit documents timely.
• Prepare comprehensive trial binders.
• Draft legal motions and articulate legal arguments.
