  • Experience supporting strategic People programming and projects.

  • Ability to anticipate organizational issues and address them proactively.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive metrics and devise action plans.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with department heads, managers, and individual team members on core People processes such as performance management, compensation review, headcount planning, team design, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the People and Business Partnership team and other functions to align on Cedar’s people-centric talent strategy.
  • Act as an internal expert on employment regulations and manage risk in collaboration with People Operations and Legal teams.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and evolve people management programs.
  • Analyze data with managers to identify talent opportunities and develop KPIs.
