Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience leading partnerships in health solutions, digital health, or SaaS.
  • Strong network of relationships across the healthcare landscape.
  • Proven track record of developing relationships with complex strategic accounts.
  • Experience negotiating and executing complex commercial partnership agreements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to persuade senior decision makers.

  • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, design, and execute potential partnerships with payers, employers, consultants, and adjacent SaaS solutions.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish partnerships that align with Calibrate’s growth objectives.
  • Create customized partnership proposals and negotiate terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of partnerships, ensuring partners meet key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement processes to onboard, train, and support partners promoting Calibrate’s solutions.
  • Cultivate relationships with decision-makers across markets and represent the company at industry events.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders such as product, marketing, sales, and customer acquisition.
  • Provide market feedback to shape go-to-market strategy.
