• Ability to represent the brand voice consistently.

• Availability 7 days a week for daily comment moderation.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, delete, and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social platforms.
• Maintain a positive brand presence and engage customers effectively.
• Responses should be clear, professional, caring, and prompt.
• Post stories and feed updates periodically using content created by the Ad Creative Editor.
• 80% of the role focuses on responding to comments, as there can be over 100 comments per day.
• 20% will be dedicated to projects, such as reaching out to past DM's for affiliate invitations.
