Requirements:

• Proven experience in progressive HR within a dynamic tech environment.
• Exceptional written and spoken English.
• Strong experience in payroll processing ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of Czech employment requirements.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
• Advanced expertise in HRIS platforms, experience using BambooHR is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a mindset for continuous improvement.
• High cultural intelligence and the ability to collaborate across diverse, remote teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Lead HRIS management and improvement, develop strategies for efficiency and data accuracy.
• Partner with hiring managers to execute effective recruitment strategies and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Implement programs that promote employee engagement and support DEIB initiatives.
