Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in art direction, with a strong portfolio in digital platforms.
• Strong design skills in typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in designing for digital channels, including websites and social media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
• Strong collaboration skills with experience in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to follow creative direction and translate ideas into effective designs.
• Excellent time management to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, emails, and event materials.
• Collaborate with other creatives to develop integrated concepts that fulfill company objectives.
• Ensure design work is on-brand and optimized for various platforms.
• Assist in creating presentations for clients, clearly communicating design ideas.
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
• Work with production teams to manage the execution of concepts with quality control.
• Support senior creative leads and contribute fresh ideas.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering practical design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
