  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
  • Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience editing technical documents with a focus on public cloud platforms.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Knowledge of leading cloud/security practices.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud concepts: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies: virtual machines, storage, networking, containers, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud deployment models: hybrid cloud, multi-cloud.
  • Proficient in documentation tools: markdown, DITA, Git, CMS.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices: CI/CD, Jenkins, GitLab.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for cloud-based products and services, including user guides, API documentation, system architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and best practice documents.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to understand complex cloud concepts and translate them into concise documentation.
  • Research and stay updated on cloud technologies and trends to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Write, edit, and proofread technical content observing style and branding guidelines.
  • Organize complex information for different target audiences, including developers and end-users.
  • Create code samples and configuration examples to assist developers.
  • Conduct documentation reviews for improvement and accuracy.
  • Help develop training materials and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay updated on security and compliance requirements.
