Requirements:
  • 5+ years marketing and/or events management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve results.
  • Proven experience managing vendor and agency relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute to budget a high impact, large-scale event program in North America.
  • Manage a significant sized budget and portfolio of partner agencies and vendors.
  • Manage staffing, logistics, operations, schedules, and production for events.
  • Ensure on-brand presence at events and manage vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate all elements of tradeshow and conference events.
  • Implement a leads management strategy and operational procedures for ROI.
  • Support conference registration and communication processes.
  • Host pre- and post-event planning sessions with stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyze event feedback to align with the regional marketing strategy.
  • Plan and execute additional event programs such as sponsorships and partner events.
  • Provide on-site support and travel as needed.
