Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 5+ years of sales/business development experience working with midsize and Fortune 500 companies.
  • 3+ years of laboratory services sales experience with proven success in technical project and talent-based service opportunities.
  • Experience in validation/quality assurance solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong track record of identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for target clients in the laboratory services space.
  • Drive new business acquisition through consultative selling techniques, focusing on large national accounts.
  • Partner with technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions and ensure project success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders and key decision makers.
  • Lead complex RFX processes, contract negotiations, and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Create and manage quarterly/annual business plans and forecasts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape in laboratory services.
