Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.); must be admitted to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in technology or corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
• Fluency in English and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on corporate governance, contracts, intellectual property, data privacy, and employment law.
• Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, including vendor and partnership agreements.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in the technology sector and monitor legislative changes.
• Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Handle disputes and litigation, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support corporate governance initiatives and prepare corporate documents.
• Conduct training sessions on legal and compliance matters.
