Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of experience in the mortgage industry specializing in AU loan processing
• Experience with MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, Salestrekker, or other CRM software in mortgage broking
• Good understanding of IT concepts and technologies
• Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor
• Experience in Project Management Tools (Monday.com, Trello, Asana, Clickup, Notion)
• Well-organized and capable of managing conflicting priorities
• Responsible and willing to take necessary actions to meet objectives
• Logical and systematic problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail with experience in reviewing complex information and ensuring compliance

Responsibilities:

• Data entry to MyCRM and Apply Online (AOL)
• Generation of application paperwork for First Home Buyer scheme, grant applications, and discharge forms
• Document management including collecting, renaming, organizing, and following up
• Document Compliance checks to ensure NCCP requirements are met
• Conduct valuations, pricing requests, and credit checks
• Perform living expense analysis and calculate income for PAYG applicants
• Complete basic servicing calculators and assist in complex servicing
• Understand self-employed financials and transcribe compliance notes
• Work on complex loan structures and assist in mitigating MIRs and Conditional Approval
• Research lenders with specific policies
