Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience engaging with US or Australian clients in a similar role.
  • Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in online research using Google, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Nice to have: Experience in the staff leasing, BPO or offshore staffing industry; Experience with HubSpot or any other CRM tool.
Responsibilities:
  • Outbound appointment setter via phone.

  • Must be able to answer basic questions regarding the company and its services.
  • Use Microsoft Office, SharePoint and HubSpot and other software to track correspondence and progress of assigned contacts.
  • Set meeting schedules between clients who booked a meeting with BDMs.
  • Collate data and generate reports for use by management.
  • Other tasks as directed.
