Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in game sound design with key roles in major shipped projects.
  • Advanced knowledge in sound creation and proficiency using a DAW (Reaper or Pro Tools).
  • Good understanding of audio pipeline and experience in advanced integration tasks in at least one game engine (UE5 preferred).
  • Proficient with collaboration tools like Confluence, Jira, and Trello.
  • Proficient with source control systems such as Git, SVN, Perforce.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in supporting and mentoring team members.
  • Ability to work closely with other disciplines to improve workflows.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and edit high-quality sound assets for video games, trailers, and visual media.
  • Design audio systems using middleware and game engines.
  • Lead project planning and organization for sound design.
  • Integrate sound assets into audio middleware and game engines.
  • Sync and mix audio for linear media.
  • Test and fix audio-related bugs.
  • Understand basic audio scripting and workflow improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners.
  • Contribute to documentation and project tracking.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.
